This two-part virtual mini-workshop introduces practical ways to incorporate Acceptance and Commitment Training (ACT) into behavior analytic supervision. Participants will learn strategies to increase psychological flexibility, navigate challenging supervisory interactions, and support staff development using simple, evidence-based ACT tools. The workshop includes instruction on the ACT Matrix, behavioral skills training, and numerous opportunities to practice applying these skills in real-world supervision scenarios. Prior experience with ACT is helpful but not required.
