Jeff is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) specializing in applying ACT within therapeutic, supervisory, and educational settings. As the principal leader of Purpose in Practice, he designs and delivers immersive workshops and coaching focused on psychological flexibility and values-driven action. Jeff leads client engagement, training curriculum, and service delivery with compassion and clarity.
Dr. Jonathon Tarbox, PhD, BCBA-D — Expert Advisor & Featured Speaker
Dr. Tarbox is a renowned leader in applied behavior analysis, serving as Program Director of the MS in ABA program at USC, Director of Research at FirstSteps for Kids, and Editor‑in‑Chief of Behavior Analysis in Practice (socialjusticeaba.com, dornsife.usc.edu). Noah Bookman, MPP — Chief Operating Officer
Noah co-founded the company and manages systems that keep it running smoothly—from setting up the LLC, insurance, and registration to CRM integration and event logistics. With a background in operations and startup support, he ensures that workshops and coaching sessions are seamless for both attendees and facilitators.
